LSO: fix 0025714; prevents popup-blocking. (#2039) 

* use Signals with Start-Button; prevents popup-blocking.
* start legacy in popup; throw, if the builder is not a LSControlBuilder (implementing start-function)
* periodically check LP instead of window.closed, set interval by constant
